Fastnet & Sterling Announce Strategic Talent Partnership
Fastnet is delighted to announce our strategic talent partnership with Sterling Pharma Solutions, a global contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), providing small molecule and ADC services to customers across the globe.

Fastnet has deployed its Total Talent Partnership (TTP) offering, a strategic end-to-end talent acquisition project management solution to support Sterling’s ambitious growth plans.

Sterling’s five state-of-the-art global facilities offer a range of services, supporting customers from discovery through to commercialisation. The site at Ringaskiddy, Cork Ireland will enable Sterling to accelerate their growth strategy in the small molecule market, as well as extending their capabilities in several key technological areas such as peptide manufacturing and large-scale chromatography.

Our site joined Sterling Pharma Solutions as their first location in Ireland earlier this year. It was important we quickly rebranded and shared our future growth plans and the opportunities the business and our employees have under new ownership. To support the business in attracting talent to a new company in Ireland, in a very competitive market, the TTP ticked all the boxes. We partnered on the development of our employee value proposition (EVP), candidate pack and Hiring Manager Engagement Workshops initially, to ensure a solid foundation.
