Executive summary

Our client is a unique research and training organisation that performs world class industry-aligned research and training across all areas of biopharmaceutical manufacturing with the overarching aim of increasing fundamental understanding of biopharma manufacturing and products and delivering practical solutions for the biopharma industry. With a growing demand for specialised roles, limited internal HR resources and a reactive approach to talent acquisition, they faced significant challenges in attracting and retaining top talent. 

Fastnet’s Total Talent Partnership (TTP) provided a strategic, project-based solution to address these challenges. By implementing a structured end-to-end talent acquisition process, leveraging strategic talent pipelining, and enhancing the employer value proposition (EVP), Fastnet enabled the organisation to secure high-quality talent aligned with its long-term objectives.
