International Sales Manager – Life Sciences Engineering (Ireland, UK & Northern Europe)

We’re seeking an experienced International Sales Manager with a strong engineering background and a track record of selling technical process equipment or engineering solutions into Life Sciences and Biopharma clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across Ireland and Northern Europe, managing key Life Sciences and EPCM accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle for complex, capital equipment projects – from prospecting and technical qualification to negotiation and close.
- Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver high-performance, compliant process solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing strategic accounts.
- Represent the company at key industry events, building technical credibility and market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree essential (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or similar).
- 5+ years’ experience selling engineering or capital equipment solutions to the Life Sciences / Biopharma sector.
- Strong technical understanding of process systems and project lifecycles.
- Skilled in relationship-led, consultative sales and key account management.
- Willingness to travel across Ireland and Northern Europe.
