We are seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead and oversee all QC operations in a GMP manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing laboratory team
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QC laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and internal SOPs.
- Implement and maintain training programs to develop and motivate QC staff.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, operational efficiency, and customer service to internal departments.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3rd Level qualification in Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality or laboratory roles within a GMP manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and deliver results in a target-driven environment
